How much is shipping to USA and Canada?

The regular shipping cost to North America is FREE within the continental USA.
Please note there will be $40 shipping charges applied to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

We now ship using Amazon’s fulfillment system to provide you with faster, better service. Shipping for USA and Canada will take between 1-4 business days depending on the state or province. Most packages are shipped through Amazon’s warehouses using their 2-day service at no extra cost to you. The handling time is less than 14 hours.

Do I get a tracking number when my package is shipped?

We will send you an email as soon as you place your order to let you know we have received it. A tracking number for your package will be emailed to your from Amazon as soon as the package ships. You can conveniently track your order online 24 hours a day. If you don’t receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.

Do I need to sign for my package?

When you receive your tracking email, it will let you know if signature is required.

How long is the handling time for the orders?

Your order will ship within hours, but sometimes the package may go out the next day, depending on the time that you place your order, and depending Amazon’s warehouse volume.

Can I pick up my Easy DIY Murphy Bed package?

Since we have “Free Shipping” in the Greater Toronto Area, within 24 to 48 hours most of our clients prefer to receive their orders by mail, however if you would like to pick up your kit, you can pay online, then email us to schedule a pick-up time for you within 24-48 hours at our shipping station location in East Toronto near Scarborough.

Do you ship worldwide and how long does it take?

Yes, we do ship to most countries in the world the delivery time will take about 7 to 12 business using USPS or Canada Post.

How much is the international shipping rate?

International shipping to most countries is $110 per item flat rate.

What kind of shipping do you offer to other countries?

We offer flat rate shipping by air express or expedited through USPS to most countries. The shipping will take about 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number that you will have to check as soon as the package has been shipped for updates.

NOTE: You will be responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on the package by your local customs office which usually is 10% to 20% of the package value.

What if I don’t find my country in your shipping list?

If you don’t see your country in the list of the countries we ship to, it is probably because the shipping rate is higher than $90, but don’t worry! You can easily contact us though our contact us page and we will be happy to provide a quote for you.
